Today I decided to tackle the task of swapping my base GT cloth seats for a set of oem leather take offs. I’ve really been struggling to get the last clip together on the rear seat backs. I’ll attach pics, but for those of you who have done the swap, do you have any advice? I’ve probably spent at least an hour trying to clip this last clip together with no success. I have literally no ideas. Any help would be much appreciated!

Sorry if there’s already a thread on this!

Try putting them in the sun for a while and then stretching it. The covers will be more pliable.

What @BlackandBlue said. I did this also and it worked when I did mines
You can also get one of those plastic pry tools and push the inside part down to get them to clip.
The back seats didn't give me any trouble. The front seats upper part was a beast!
