Launch control=fun

Decided to play with the launch control again on the way home from the gym. I only tried it twice before on another day and guess I wasn't doing it right because it would hold the RPMs but I wasn't getting an noteworthy kind of launch. This time I was at a red light, pushed down the clutch and was in first gear, I stomped on the gas and right then the light turned green I dumped the clutch and tires were looking for traction and my rear end was getting a little loose but then I gripped up was moving pretty good. There was an older guy in a convertible mustang and he didn't seem impressed. Was pretty fun can't keep doing that because I can't replaces my tires just yet haha.

I did notice when I got home that I was in sport + mode I thought you had to be in track mode to do launch control. Seemed a little odd.

Car is a lot of fun just rolled 1400 miles

Traction control off = fun mode but you have to be careful, the car will whip out from under you quickly!

Guess I just thought it automatically was track mode which is without traction control. But I can understand you need to watch yourself once it is off

Honestly once you get sideways it is very easy to control. I misread your thread with launch control, I thought you meant traction control lol. Since I have an auto I don't have launch control
