That topic has been quiet for a while. My dealership has no new info. Wondering in any of the "insiders" on here have heard anything?

There was something last year from Ford saying there would be no new allocations given out in 2020 beyond those promised during the summer due to how poorly production began.

Ordered one in august, unsked material hold ever since. I caved, dropped the order and paid the same amount for a GT500 on ebay - I highly recommend seeking someone (or a dealer) out who actually has physical procession of the car, no regrets at all here.

that is correct. I think I have the memo lying around here somewhere.

I wouldn't count on extra allocations in 20

I don't mind the wait. I am number one on their list for an allocation albeit 2020 or 2021. I was just wondering if anyone really in the know has heard anything different than no more for 2020.

That's all there is to know. The big question is when does the S550 end and the S650 begin. We could only have a few years of the S550 left.

Hi,

I'm wondering how long you guys think the GT500 production run will be, for a few years? Wondering if they will stop making it anytime soon. Thx.

Looking at recent Ford production of the GT350, that was to be a 3 year run. It has been 5 years now and the car is still in production. My guess it a 3-5 year run. Based on nothing other than the GT350 production run.

That's great then! I'll wait a couple of years when there's no more ADM and then buy it.

I may just pass on the GT500 and get a new Bronco.

The ADM should be STUPID on that next!!!!

The ADM for the Bronco will last for about as long as the Bullitt. Maybe less. That was about a month or two after they hit the lot then MSRP and under was easily had on the Bullitt. It's the initial run of I have to have the latest and greatest guys and gals that will make for early ADM. It won't last long on the Bronco. They are going to make as many as they can sell compared to the "low production" of the GT500. Take 'low production" with a grain of salt.

My friend got an exterior picture of the Bronco from the factory with no camo. I think Ford did a good job on it and I’d take one over a Wrangler but not really my cup of tea. I’m really interested in the new F150 when my truck lease is up, especially if GM fails to impress with the rumored Sierra interior redesign. I like what I’m seeing so far from the spy shots.

How about sharing it on the DL by posting the pic on the Mustang Forum. No one will ever know.

He won’t give me the photo unfortunately. I was only allowed to view it on his phone when I was in Michigan a couple of weeks ago. I’ve got contacts that work in the factory and a Ford engineer and don’t want any of them to get in trouble.

Gotta keep them all happy to see if they can pull some strings with Ford or FP to either get some photos (if I ever get a VIN) or some swag.
