Last 4 Numbers in blend date

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I was wondering what are the last four numbers in the blend date.

When I ordered my '13, I was told it's a "blend sequence number" that indicates the build order of cars on the line. The pattern suggests that it goes to 9999 then resets.

I have a blend date of 11/13, my last 4 are 8182.

11/17 with 1603 seems to be sequential oh and a 1/7 edd but my expectations are it will change..
