Got mine yesterday. The clear cover came out nice. The red cover detail truthfully just ok. Print would probably be better than an image

I suspected this might be the case. The polishing process on the strong and flexible will probably wear out some of the detail. Could we get some pictures? Thanks for posting up!

Here you go. The clear came out nice. The red honestly is barely even there. Surprised they would ship that out.

Wow certainly not impressed with the red at all.... I will increase the depth of the engraving. That should help out some.

The Detail plastic looks great though!

I went ahead and increased the depth of the engraving. Should help out the strong and flexible plastic engraving quality. Keep in mind guys that the customization is a pilot program on shapeways. Basically it is still a beta product so just be aware that your custom images might not be exactly like the preview on the site. Large simple images will be the best to use on strong and flexible.
