LA: NOLA 504

I went to the WW2 museum yesterday. About 930 or so am, was on i10 about 2 miles before superdome coming from Metairie. Saw a dark colored, probably black. S550 about 200 yds ahead of me. I was caught behind some morons (imagine that in New Orleans) and couldn't catch up. Pretty sure it was a 5.0 and had exhaust as I thought I heard it when accelarated.

Was it completely blacked out? If so that might've been me. I'm usually going that way around that time but I can't be positive lol

Too far back. Couldn't tell. But if you was there at that time yesterday, I couldn't imagine there being that many. Lol

This was my third trip. It's grown since the beginning for sure. The main showcase in the main building is still the same. But now the Boeing building with the bombers hanging and the 4th building with the road to Berlin is open. I heard the upstairs will be the road to Tokyo (Iwo jima?). We spent 3.5 hours in first building, an hour in second, 45 min in third, hour in movie and some change eating and spending (too much) in the shops. Plan on all day to see it all. It's pretty sobering. Granted me and the girl are both geeks and can do museums for days, but still.

That place is awesome, there is always something new or something else to see that you didn't the last time you were there which is why I got a season pass.

Finally ordered lowering springs. Feels like it's taking so long to modify this car considering things like an axleback on here cost as much as a high end catback on my old civic lol.

Next up will be to finish my exhaust with axlebacks since I already have an x pipe.

Installing my new heads tomorrow, and following up with headers, MGW, and IRS overhaul this coming week. Extremely stoked for the results.

"5kVolts" has a Procharger. He is in LAPlace. I rode in it a week ago and it's awesome.

Awesome man! I need to buy some more parts. I just bought a new AR-15 so I have to wait a few weeks to get some suspension parts.

I know the feeling... I have a custom matched upper/lower for an ar-10 begging to be built... And, I just got a G27 yesterday that was making puppy dog eyes at me through the glass of the used case at the local gun shop.

Anyway, my heads we be in hand within the next two hours... Stoked to finally drive my car again after eight weeks!
