Has anyone here dealt with this? When datalogging just cruising around, I see a lot of positive knock activity as soon as I get back on the throttle after a shift. This is just low load, maybe 20% throttle stuff. Everything looks perfect at WOT and I have no knock whatsoever when I'm cruising or pulling in any gear. It only seems to be present during shifting. I reassembled my full exhaust to verify I had no rattles or leaks and that all the bolts were pointed in the right direction so they would not contact the body. Everything is also pretty secure in the engine bay. Any ideas? This is shortly after installing a Magnum XL. Also worth noting, this only occurs on upshifts. Downshifts do not cause any knock activity.

My shop ran into issues with knock while shifting with my ARH system. It wouldn't happen on the dyno, but did happen when they datalogged it during road testing.

Make sure you don't have any parts of the engine, or parts connected to the engine (ie exhaust) that could be hitting something when you put a load on the engine. Often times, longtubes may be tapping a steering shaft or a bolt from a clamp can be touching the body somewhere underneath and this will trip the knock sensor to pull timing due to false knock.
