Ok hopefully someone can help me Im getting burnt out on this car. Ive been trying to get the tune done on this thing and it is reading Knock. My car is procharged with a stage 2 kit, Mbrp cat back, fore fuel setup trying to tune on e85. I have tightened every bolt on this car exhaust etc, Ive changed plugs 6510's currently gapped at 28. This thing is picking up a knock value of 10.00 but when it was being tuned on 91/93 same fuel system it showed very little knock uptop. Im at the end and cant figure where to look anymore I hear there is 1 other person going thru this after the fore setup install..

I was having more knock when I first switched to E85. Lund tune. Who is doing your tuning? I also have fore fuel system. I was neve seeing that much knock, most was 4. I am now seeing about 19 degrees of timing and it seems to add timing more often than not. Lund desensitized my knock sensors and that seemed to help. I heard if the car is too rich on e85, it can cause false knock.

I am debating tossing on my smaller pulley which will put me around the 15-16lb mark. With that boost level and 19 degrees of timing, it should rip. Lund said as long as I keep it under 800 wheel, it should be fine.

Car feels hauls the mail in the current setup. I would say its in the 700-730 wheel range.

Yep Lund is tuning mine as well. Im on 15lbs and now running the ngauge I cant seem to figure out what is causing the false knock. You must be the other guy Lund told me was having the same thing happen. He said everyone else has zero issues.

What pulley do you have on there? I drove the car around for a while, fixed an exhaust leak and it seems to be doing good. No knock. I was going to toss on the smaller pulley but.not sure if I want to mess with anything as it seems to be running well.
