I use the JLT on my car (with a homemade cover that keeps the IAT's at a decent level). I was looking at my NGauge datalogs from my recent runs at the drag strip and wanted to compare the MAF lb/min values with other N/A cars that have datalogged at the track. Post up your MAF values and what CAI you are using. Not trying to start an intake war of words. I am all for the closed style and will probably go with the Steeda closed-box when I do a CJ manifold eventually. With that said, we can argue all day about whats better on the street, but I believe the JLT holds an advantage at the drag strip.

On my 11.06 @ 125 run, my JLT had a peak of 51.468 lb/min. E85, Stock headers/cats. I don't have any runs or logs with a stock intake.

I've seen 52-54 with my PMAS. That's with race gas or E85.

It also depends how your tuner scaled the maf. I've seen a log from a different tuner and the car showed 58-60. Which I don't believe N/A. Especially with cats.

Mine is also E85 but on stock headers/cats. Didn't think about the exhaust affecting the MAF flow. I will add that to my original post. Thanks.

The more efficient then engine is, the more air it will flow. It won't make a drastic difference, but it will make a difference.

When I added headers, I noticed a decent bump in maf flow on my 93 tune. Not as much of a bump on E85.

I average 25° on 93 with the car adding timing at some points. Maf flow in the 48-49 range. Before headers it was steadily 46.

On E85, I average 30-21° with maf flow ranging from 53-54. Before headers it was 52-53.

I would also venture to say DA might play a roll too. I'm going to try and log my car this weekend, since we should be low 60s high 50s at night. Which hopefully will be low sub 400da, where as my last datalog was in 80+ weather and DA was around 1500.

Air temp and DA will affect maf counts btw. I was 51-52 on stock intake with cleaned up box and dry flow.
