just bought my 2018 gt convertible with pp1. Had to fly about 600 miles to go and pick it up. I couldn’t believe how hard it is to find a convertible gt premium with pp1. Drove her home on Friday and averaged 25.9mpg. Incredible !!! What a beast. The active exhaust has to be one of the most fun toys ever. Tried to find one with magneride but it took me 3 months to find this one , so I didn’t care. It has a great ride as is. I will say the digital instrument cluster is not the simplest thing to figure out. Still haven’t figured out how to get to engine oil live and such. Will do lots of reading.

Still have my 2013 Lexus gs350 fsport but just wanted something fast and loud to complement it. I am shocked at how good a deal is to be had on these 2018 with 3k miles for $34.

Yeah, in 2015 I was knocking around the idea of the GT convertible, found out about the MY16 offering the Perf Package for the first time, so I figured I'd order one when the time came. Well, I wound up selling my S2K in like 12 hours (I'm not kidding), had no car, and I couldn't wait for a special order, and was completely unable to find a PP convertible! It was even tougher for MY16/17 when they were only offered with a manual.

Someone on this forum had posted about a "perfect car" in the MD area, I hit them up with a PM, asked if they were going to buy, they were basically "Not close, go for it", so I did

Had the car shipped from the MD dealer directly to my door here in Florida, arrived on halloween eve

I was so unsure of the color because I couldn’t find one near me to look at but wow. Once I saw it in person in the sun, it is incredible. It has been a 2+ month journey to find one and it has been a great experience.
Just odd how hard they are too find.

There is something deeply pleasing about a Mustang GT convertible, and that is enhanced by the powerul vibe of the Royal Crimson color. Just be careful that while driving you are not distracted by your own aura.

Congrats! Yes I agree finding my 2018 that I got a few weeks ago was incredibly difficult. All I wanted was 401A with a manual (also wanted active exhaust but gave up because it was too rare), the one I ended up getting has 401A and was happy to figure out it had active exhaust when I got it. There were a total of 5 nationwide with these options and the one I got was 700-800 miles away.
