Can some people post up a pic of their Powermax Unit's settings? I'm trying to figure out which settings I should go with for my current setup in my sig. I'm experiencing a weird long start issue where when I crank the car it takes about 2-5 seconds to fire up. It happens most times when the car has been sitting for a while. But the last time it happened the car had only been sitting for about an hour. The instructions on setting it is a little confusing when it comes to the ramp up settings and what not. Here are my current settings.

I understand that.... And I have read this post before. But you are saying this and I quote...
"Switch 4 - off (you want this off cause it sets your overall ramp @ 0.8V with DS 5 off)
Switch 5 - on (This DS sets the point of where the voltage is 100% fueling to 3.2V)"

So where are the dials supposed to be at with your setup. You mentioned 2.4V on the left one and should it be at 100% on the right? Your saying you want Switch 4 off because it sets your overall ramp @ 0.8V with DS 5 off) and then you say to put switch 5 on... I am confused a little...

Dial #1 (on the left) sets where the JMS BAP comes on at relative to the pedal position. The pedal produces a 0-5V signal. I set mine at 2.4V and then the ramp to get the BAP to come into 100% of voltage is what DS 4 is for. That being set to off ramps up to 100% within .8V of pedal input.

So...

Pedal is at 46% (2.4V) with your foot the BAP kicks in and by the time another .8V is added by the pedal moving by your foot then the BAP is at 100% operation.

So Dial #2 needs to be set at 100%? Thanks man.

Yes, unless you do not want the full voltage that the JMS can provide whether that being 18V or 22V. You could adjust it to 19V if you wanted to by setting switch 2 to 22V and adjusting the percentage to get to 19V. Don't know why you would do that but you can.

This is what boards are for. I have learned so much over the years with boards. I can literally take my car completely apart and put it back together cause of boards and you tube.
