Has anyone running a JMS Fuelmax BAP used the optional remote adjustment knob with their unit? I purchased one and installed it in the glovebox, but can’t get it to work. I have been able to successfully program the Fuelmax and check that the unit is boosting voltage at the white wire with my multimeter, but when I plug in the remote adjustment knob and check for voltage increase, there is no change.

I’ve conferred with JMS’s tech department about this and they just reiterate what their instructions say which is: The remote adjustment knob overrides any settings on the unit. They also said that the knob was not needed and they don’t usually sell them for the Fuelmax. However, their product description says it’s optional for use with the Fuelmax. Aside from that, I‘ve already purchased it and would like to use it. Note: There are two wires that I haven’t connected (gray and black with ring terminals on them at the pedal end of the JMS wiring harness), but the instructions reference these wires are for use with a Hobbs Switch or as a ground if not activating using the 0-5V. Can anyone enlighten me as to what I may be missing here in order to get the knob to function? Thanks
