Congratulations on the stunning build! I also love the hood. If you don’t mind sharing, where is the hood from? Will it fit a GT350?
It’s only available from Shelby America when you purchase and SE build. You won’t find it anywhere else unless someone does a knock-off.
It is rather similar to the GT4 racing mustang hood. Although I do like SA's much more.
Thanks GTX, and as these guys have previously mentioned, it is made by Anderson Composite for Shelby American, and only available as part of their Signature Edition package.I believe Anderson made the hood, but as said before, it is only through the SE builds
I also very much enjoy the pictures! One a day works I guess. Keeps from a potential OD lolThe weather here is starting to change, so the time to enjoy the car is getting shorter. There are two more Mass Cruiser shows at the Bass Pro, just outside Gillette Stadium in Foxboro (Home of the Patriot's) which I intent to make it to.... if the weather cooperates. These are big events, like 1-2 thousand cars, and 2-5 hundred motorcycles, so it's always a good time.
I apologize for uploading pictures. I had a great time at Mustang Week, and I enjoy looking at these daily. I will probably post one a day until they have all been shown.
It has way more clearance than OEM wheel. Here are some pictures of when I was messing around. I was able to put this flashlight easily between the wheel & caliper at the smallest point. Then I measured the thickness of the flashlight, and I would say there is probably another mm of clearance on top of this measurement.I love those wheels. Though I wish the caliper clearance was better than OEM
That's awesome! It definitely looks like less clearance at first to meIt has way more clearance than OEM wheel. Here are some pictures of when I was messing around. You sure do like to take your car off-roading a lot, lolHappy Friday

It’ sure does seem that way, lol. Good thing I raised it back up to 4x4 mode. You sure do like to take your car off-roading a lot, lol
Thanks Tom, I have to agree. They are the nicest wheels I have had yet. Also, tons more caliper clearance and they are super easy to clean with all that barrel room. Those are nice wheels.
I could have saved myself a lot of money going that route a while ago. Thanks Tom, I have to agree. They are the nicest wheels I have had yet. Also, tons more caliper clearance and they are super easy to clean with all that barrel room.
True, but we live and we learn. I know you are now enjoying your carbon fiber wheels (congrats), but if you ever have the need for wheels, I highly recommend them. I’ll be buying more from them (BC Forged) in the future.I could have saved myself a lot of money going that route a while ago.
Thanks, but Im stuck with what I bought. I could always sell them, but I guess they are good for what your are using your wheels for, off roading, lol.True, but we live and we learn.
