Hello!
S550 ecoboost, when the gas is full, the speed is 60+ miles and at high revs it starts to jerk.
As if the fuel supply is cut off (does not look like misfires). There are no errors, it works smoothly at idle. What could it be?

I used to have a similar issue with a Mercedes A45 that did the exact same thing when trying to do overtakes at similar speeds. Issue turned out to be an engine timing sensor. Had it replaced and all was well again. I imagine the ecoboost would have something similar 🤔

Any codes? Fuel pressure sensor and/or EVAP purge valve are usually the go to replacements if you just want to throw a couple relatively inexpensive parts at it. Since it happens only with a full tank, I'd consider the purge valve first. Lots of people think the OEM fuel pressure sensors are defective, so they replace them before experiencing any problems. 🤷‍♂️

I replaced the fuel pressure sensor as soon as I bought the car. There are no codes.
What parameters can/should be taken in Forscan for diagnostics?

Did you recently change or mess about with the intake tube? If so any chance you installed the Air flow censor backwards (it happens on some aftermarket intakes)

Have you cleaned the AirFlow sensor? When I had an Ecoboost it was surprising how often it needed it...and how cleaning seems to clear up acceleration issues I was having.(Similar to yours)

Quick question. New to the EB. Can you tell me where this sensor is?

The Ecoboost Mustang does not have a mass air flow (MAF) sensor. 🤷‍♂️

I still call it a MAF...because I do lol

It's actually just a temperature sensor, but it's labeled incorrectly in many places online. Notice all the other names they include on this page, which are there to help search results when people don't know what the part is called. So, call it whatever, but all it does is measure temperature at the intake. Also, installing it backwards isn't really a thing, since it has one tab that clicks into place. I also don't believe it's a part that would routinely need cleaning. 🤷‍♂️ https://ford.oempartsonline.com/oem-parts/ford-sensor-ds7z12a697a

P.S. Could it still be installed incorrectly? I guess if someone just pushed it in without turning and locking it into position, it could be leaking air and/or giving a false reading.

Also, probably not related to the OP's issue, since I doubt there's any correlation between this part and the amount of fuel in the tank.

No it is not JUST a tempature sensor. It has that as a function. But that is not all it is.

Yes it can be installed "incorrectly" typically people didn't twist it in all the way. Thinking the Tight fit in some after market intake was=fully seated. as such, installed incorrectly. Seems to happen largely for people on the metal/aluminum C.A.I.

The sensor you referenced in above wiring diagram is not a MAF sensor but rather a MAPT sensor and is located in the top center of the intake manifold not the air cleaner cover or intake tube. It measure intake manifold pressure and temperature but not mass air flow at all. The EcoBoost is a speed density fuel map system not mass air flow system, so it does not care what the air flow rate is just the temp and pressure along with throttle position, RPM, load and many other signals the PCM needs.

MAF sensors do need cleaned at times, MAPT sensor do not need cleaned.

Yes, the sensor on the intake box is just a temperature sensor (IAT, intake air temperature). It looks exactly like the one you posted above. But either way, this isn't helping the OP... I wonder how he's doing?
