Hello everyone. So I came across this product today and it seems to be pretty cool. Those "handles" just attach to the inside of the door via double sided tape and act as a touch free door handle. I like the idea and think it would be quite practical since I've always noticed that I leave fingerprints every time I close my door.
Has anyone actually bought this and tried it on the s550? Any thoughts? Would you guys be willing to pay for this or is it just another unnecessary feature

I don't know how you could possible even use that on these cars. The door edge is about 8-10 inches behind me. I could close the door, but I would probably hyper-extend my elbow and dislocate my shoulder.

Is it for closing the door while you are out of the car? If so, I can see myself loosing a lot of fingernails.

yup its for closing the door from the outside. That's what I was thinking as well. It sounds good on paper but idk if people would even bother to use it it just seems a little odd.

I just use the black rubber strip at the bottom of the window.

I don't think theirs really a need for this. I just push on the door handle to close the door. I figure the handle is going to get prints anyways.

I've slammed my head in the door twice. I don't need something else to confuse me.

Seems useless unless it was like $10 or less.

My car is black and I usually just side-kick the door as hard as I can to close it.

Me crazy, and I can't help myself
I'm confused, you still have to touch the door handle when you open it so how does this really help prevent finger prints?

Where did you find that pic of me?? Anyway, I can just see slamming a finger in the door, and thus loosing a nail.
