I can confirm that is an old photoshopped image.

That said, it's one of the better ideas I've seen. I hope Ford does at least that well.

The rear shot is also a photoshop and not a particularly aspirational one either IMO. It just changes the shape of the 13-14 ones. I wanna see something different.

Sadly No, but it is one of my favorite photoshops. Its got a modern take on the 67/68's rear end with the raised section of the trunk and the Mustang script across the trunk.

It's one of the better rear photoshops. I like it, but I agree the lights are too similar to the current car. If that's all they do I'll be a little disappointed.

I'd be happy with these lights but it's not louvered like we keep hearing about. We'll probably see something more drastic.

Nein! The taillights are all-RED in 3 segments and three-dimensional. Let's hope no one else is mislead by such renders again, as it's unfortunate that such misinformation gets around so easily and mistaken as genuine.

Not that I disagree or we have any reason to doubt it is, but do you know this to be fact?

The 13-14 taillights were a big win, but I do want to see a more dramatic change for 15.
