Is this steering shaft noise normal?

Been trying to track a slight knocking noise. Happens when steering left to right at slow speeds.

Replaced a couple parts already, didn't solve the issue (both were bad anyway Smaller front lower control arm and sway bar link)

..Next thing I'm looking at is the steering column.

The sound is very similar to this. Only difference is, my car makes the noise when its on the ground and not when it's jacked up.

less than 50k but aggressive driving style w/ super charger

I actually found another thread i think it might be the strut mounts. OP had the same noise and ended up being the strut mounts

I have lowering springs. I never rebuilt the strut or mount. So i'm thinking it could be that.
