I have a 15 GT Manual and while cruising (anywhere from 5mph-55mph) and going over small-to-medium sized bumps and humps on the road I feel vibrations and metal-to-metal contact coming through the pedals and steering wheel. I also here clunking metal sounds coming from the front of the car. I can't tell if something is loose or broken. It also feels like when I go over these bumps that the car isn't settling until the sounds go away. I have a feeling something is loose for sure, but can't pinpoint it. Took it to ford and they said they didn't notice anything during the test drive, but I'm pretty sure they didn't dest drive it as my miles pretty much unchanged. Can anyone give advice on what it might be so I can take it to ford please? thanks guys!!

You can try to take it to an independent shop(preferably one that specializes in performance suspension work) and spend a little money with them for a validation. If they find something you can either pay for it if it is something cheap or take their findings to a different Ford dealer than the one that apparently didn't bother to take you seriously for warranty coverage. You shouldn't have to do this but I'm in a similar situation with noise and vibration and a dealership that says everything is fine so that is what my plan is.

When your warranty claim is somewhat subjective...such as rattles, etc. you should insist on riding along with the service person. If the rattles occur when you go over road bumps, etc. make sure that it driven over similar surfaces.
I once had a service manager insist that a certain suspension rattle couldn't be occurring. I purposely drove over a rough spot in the drive-in part of the service bay. Everyone in garage heard it...they checked and repaired it immediately.

Yeah I'll definitely have a service advisor ride along with me, and if that doesn't work, I guess I'll have to spend money to have an independent shop look into it. Thanks for the advice guys!
