Is a resonator delete worth any power on the 2018+

Don't think it is, but just wanted to know if anyone has dyno'd a before and after and got any gains or loss? I currently have the Borla Switchfire, but just curious. Talked to someone at the carwash he told me his xpipe was worth 7rwhp on a dyno for his 2017 GT. I wanted to tell him, no way Ford wouldn't leave that on the table and I took my resonator off on my 2020 and its straight through with some baffling.

Its worth the weight you save over the stock resonator. And changes sound. Rest of the piping does not change and bottle neck not removed. Not worth any real whp by itself. Dyno can vary and can explain a 5-7whp delta.

I wonder if anyone making H & X pipes actually put it where it needs to be or just where it's easiest.

Being in the wrong harmonic will affect things just as much as pipe size and type.

Sure if you get a supercharger installed at the same time like I did.

No power gains from any of the testing we did on our cars with the H or X. Just increased exhaust tone and a bit of weight savings.
