Honestly it's not that big but it's deep. To me the car was totaled after I noticed thatbut then I got myself together and realized that's just what happens to a daily driver.
Use a hairdryer and watch them disappear

That scratch on the side of the center console had to be caused by the installer hitting it with the seat track under the seat as he was trying to get the seat back into the car. Probably hit the console as he was trying to get the correct angle to meet the floor... in fact if you look at the actual scratching pattern, it starts from top down, not top up (taking seat out).
The back of the front seat belt receptacles have felt applied to them from the factory so there's no way those could have caused that damage.
If it were me, I'd go back to the Dealer and show them that damage; tell them it was never there and show them there's no way in hell the seat belt receptacle caused that type of gouging damage to the console plastic.
