Intercooler Upgrade and Cobb Stages

Quick question. If I upgrade my intercooler, can I say at Cobb Stage 1 with that change?

I'm pretty conservative, and not looking to squeeze every inch out of the engine or play with more boost.

Thanks. I figured I'd be fine just wanted some real world input. I'm at the point where I've got enough power for the way I drive, so now I'm looking at the stuff that will keep me going long term like keeping the charged air temps down with the IC, adding a catch can, and making sure my low pressure fuel sensor is the upgraded one (need to research, maybe 2020 already has the "good" one?)
