Just wondering if 2.5 inch pipes will be sufficient for the turbo? I'm gonna fab my own setup the ones offered are a bit pricey for two aluminum pipes & rubber couplers..

I did 3" on my hard pipes.. with the stock turbo, 2.5 is probably fine, but since I was also doing an intercooler and will eventually do a turbo upgrade, I went with 3"

these are just roughed in for now... they have since been cleaned up, sand blasted, and are being powder coated...

I also have the off road downpipe done..

I have a vband style clamp and use the existing hose... I made the hard pipes fit up to the stock intercooler first, now I am finishing my 3" 600hp intercooler. It is mostly done, just need to weld two more spots and then it will stay in. I should be able to dyno this thing this week... I was going to work this weekend on it to finish it, but some stuff came up and we will finish it this week.

Wow...that's pretty nice! What bpv did you use? I've been racking my brain on how to use the stock one how to make it work if I fabbed one myself

My Race car is sponsored by Garrett and Tial, so I kinda have some hook ups there to get stuff...

I talked to Tial and the QRJ is a new BOV that they came out with that we are using my kit. I plan on offering the hard pipe and intercooler upgrades as a kit when I am all done.

The BOV is sold by any Tial Sport dealer (I'm one) and will work with the stock hose and intake if needed.
