Need some help here folks. I absolutely love the GT Premium Dark Stainless wheels and want to install them on my GT with performance pack.

These wheels come in two widths: 19" x 8.5" and 19" x 9". I am strictly interested in the wider wheel (9").

From all the threads that I have read here and elsewhere, it does not seem to be possible. Does anyone know the reason why?

Depending on "why" they don't work on the GTPP, is there anything that I can do to make it work? For instance, would adding spacers make it work?

I know that I'm not the only person interested in doing this.

Any advice is highly appreciated.

Thanks.

PP front brakes are too large.

IIRC, the only OEM wheel other than the PP units that are a bolt-on are the 20" ones.

Not sure if a spacer could get there without it being excessively long...

When you say brakes, do you mean the rotors or the calipers? Are you saying that the front of the calipers will interfere with the back of the "spokes" of the wheel? Hope my question is clear.
