Installing BMR CBK760, replace the whole arm too?

I just removed my lower control arm to install BMR's CBK760. I was getting ready to take them to get pressed in and started wondering if it would make more sense to replace the full arm and ball joint at the same time? I've read the performance pack cars eat ball joints and wondered how much longer I have. The car is a 2015 Performance Pack with 46,000 miles that has seen HPDE and autocross but maybe more importantly, a few Ohio winters. Would it make sense to replace it now or do you think it has a long life yet?
