Thank you for listening!
While I have no desire to modify my car past what I've already done I appreciate that you are willing to listen, experience what your customer does and act to make it a better experience. It's difficult balancing all aspects of a small business. To try something, find that it's not a good fit and act to correct it is commendable!
well, the fact is, I am a consumer myself and Lord knows I’m an enthusiast so I do look at other sites as well especially our manufacturers website websites

And I’m working 100% of the time so even when I’m mobile I always have my wife drive even though the guy should drive only because I know I can be working

And I was literally just on my phone on Sunday trying to find an item to message a customer on Facebook

And I had two pop-ups pop up in two different times and although it’s not super hard for me to close them out, I still thought I really don’t need as many pop-ups so seeing this actually just reaffirms it for me

"Hi Terry,

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us, and I completely understand where you're coming from. We know how frustrating it can be when pop-ups become overwhelming, especially when you're just trying to browse or find a product.

We totally get that the number of pop-ups and their repetitive nature can be annoying. It’s common to use multiple pop-ups to capture emails from first-time visitors, but we recognize that it can become intrusive. We want to find that balance between effective marketing and a seamless user experience.

To address this, we’re taking immediate action to limit the pop-ups and make the site more enjoyable to navigate. We'll ensure there’s only one pop-up per visit, and we’ll make sure it’s easier for customers to close it. We also plan to disable some of the pop-ups so that the experience feels more comfortable.

While this may slightly reduce subscriber growth for the time being, we believe it will significantly improve the overall shopping experience.

I’ll be sure to update you tomorrow on the changes we’ve made and how it impacts the customer experience. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, and for your continued partnership!"

Hopefully that gives a better overall experience for most of the guys!!

I really appreciate that you engaged with us! Usually that doesn't happen often.

Some of the things that I love about your website is the product layout. I can literally just scroll through every product available for my car if I want without having to select a category. (But I can narrow it down to category if I want)

There would literally be times. where I didn't know what I wanted to do to my car next. I would just scroll down the beefcake page till something stuck out to me. It was also a great way to discover parts for my car that I didn't even know existed.

Despite the tone of my OP. Beefcake is still my favorite shopping site for Aftermarket parts. (Probably why I was a bit more ruffled about the pop ups than I would have been on sites I look at less often)

you won’t find a business owner, especially of a company or size that tries to be more connected. Not trying to pat my own back, but that’s a fact.

I've used beefcake multiple times. Has been a good experience thus far. No issues, better prices, delivered quickly. I have zero gripes with beef.

agree, absolutely terrible advertising. Shows a lack of customer concern. The idea is to make your clients purchasing experience a good one, not a bad one.
