So does this mean my system will be shipped this week or next week it's going on 2 months I was ready to ask for a refund also

Honestly , I am getting close to reporting the seller to both BBB and to my credit card company as fraudulent.

We preordered with the expected ship date of early July and its almost September, and we cant even get a hard date on when the new units will ship out. I am very frustrated.

If I dont get a unit shipped out to me in a week or a solid date of when that will occur, I will ask for one more refund and then its game over.

They're gonna keep telling us soon. Hence why I didn't pre order it. Because when I kept asking no answered me and that was back in June. I would ask for a refund fam

If you having asked for a refund why would you report as fraudulent? I could understand if you couldn't get a refund but others have already.

If you don't want to wait I can certainly issue you a refund. We have finally gotten time software bug worked out so we should have more coming in approximately 2 weeks.

Ryan at Moddiction.com is a great guy, I recieved one of the first batch to come out. There were issues and he walked me through all of them. I just updated the new software and it is working great. I'm sure they are just trying to work out all the bugs before the sell the next batch so to make sure you all recieved a great product. Just contact him and I'm sure he will refund your money if you can't wait on it.

Keep in mind that Moddiction is a customer to Sintegrate (and one of the few that are getting their product to US market). I imagine Sintegrate has been taking their feedback seriously and with priority, so Moddiction will place another order from them. To me it seems like a smart move to halt any new orders from Sintegrate, so it adds that pressure to get the bugs fixed. That may be what's going on here, but hasnt been communicated out. Would it benefit for us to know that this is the strategy taken? Maybe... It would at least explain the hold up and why the option of "juat ship me a bugged unit, I'll deal with the time issues" hasnt been made available. I can understand the limited availability of it after all the reported problems. It's easier to handle 100 units wirh 100 people reaching him about them, then it is 1,000 units with 1,000 people. It sounds like a refund option has always been available if you ever had any doubts.

There's light at the end of the tunnel, and always has been, its just been a matter of time.

Hmm, yeah my clock was off a little initially, a few minutes messing with the time zones and it has been perfect ever since. Been cranking my videos and tunes ever since and have also used the nav a few times which also worked perfect, it has added great enjoyment and valuable features to my base model ecoboost, love the thing.

Software was updated to fix any possible time issues some were having. Software hasn't had any glitches going on from testing.
