My Bluetooth just stopped working coming back from Dallas last week. My phone will not SYNC to the stereo. I tried hard restarting the phone, rebooting the stereo and nothing is working. Any ideas?

Sync is what controls the Bluetooth so that is weird. You could checks plugs in the back of unit and make sure nothing came loose.

If I use the HDMI thing to mirror my iPhone to the screen will the entire screen be taken up when using GPS like how it does with the youtube videos?

Yep, takes up the entire screen. If you want to see what it looks like, there are a couple of pictures that I took over here: https://abie915.imgur.com/all/

Well at Ford to have them fix the Bluetooth issue and They worked on it for a hour and told me because of the aftermarket Nav it won't allow them to reboot the system. They said I have to put in the factory radio to be able get the SYNC to reboot and fix it. So now I have to take it all apart and put the factory radio back in!!

Double check the inline fuse to the nav system in wiring. But otherwise it is the sync system that does the Bluetooth not our kit.

Try pulling the sync fuse for a few minutes, my Bluetooth screws up on occasion and that always fixes it.

He said there wasn't anything wrong with your system except they can't reboot the SYNC through the system because the Nav is blocking the path whatever that means. He said there is no pass through to the SYNC. He said the only way is to put the Ford radio back in to be able to reboot the SYNC module.

It won't reboot by disconnecting the battery?
