Idle speed and e-fan settings question

Lund sent me a tune and performance-wise it was great. I noticed that the fans seemed to run almost non stop and the idle seemed high. I asked,and was told they set the fans to come on 10* sooner than stock at 190* and they set the idle at 750 vs the stock 680. I asked them to change both things back to stock, and they did. Awesome. Now I'm very aware though, and noticed the idle seems pretty low, but I'm not sure if it's lower than before because I never paid attention. I'm seeing it around 620 or so now, with it dipping into the 590's at times. As to the fans, coolant temp never reached over 196* while driving, but I let the car sit and idle to make sure they kicked on at 200*. They never did, and I saw the temp go as high as 208* but it never got higher than this.

I guess my question is this....at what temp do the fans kick on stock, and what is the stock idle speed?
