I need tires

Not race car tire hot but definitely warm to the touch. Contact patch is flat according to the tracks through water. Dash says 32 psi which is what the door says.

Warmer than I expect for a 10 mile ride.

If you can hold your hand on the face of the tire even if it is warm you should be just fine. The tire pressure is good. Do your brakes seem to be hot? What I am saying can you touch the rim by the lug nuts? It may be warm but you should not burn your hand if things are normal. I have had calipers hang up and I couldn't touch the wheel at the lug nuts. I could feel the heat from 5 or 6 inch's away and no way was I going to touch it. It sounds like every thing is normal you just didn't expect tire surface to be that warm. Most people never touch a tire after a drive so they don't what is normal. If you have a torque wrench it is not a bad idea to check the torque after a couple hundred miles after having new tires installed on aluminum rims. Should be 150 ft lbs. Glad you like the ride.

Everything checks out. The last few sets of road tires I have had ran cooler. But they didn't stick as well either, I may need to make some stay bar adjustments.

One possible negative for these is they run hot. I think they might heat cycle out before they wear out.

Time will tell.

I can get temps from these but I do not have any data from the old tires. I only thought to put my hand on them because I smelled rubber like a race tire after some laps. I could easily hold my hand on them, so could a kid. But they are really warm.

Tires are all in the low 120F range after a short 5 mile ride. The temps are even across the tires.

Seems a bit high to me, but they are sticky. Not hot enough to pick up rocks.
