I/H/E mods with Power Pack 2

Stupid question about tuning. Since the PP 2 is essentially a canned tune from Ford Racing, how does one take advantage of other bolt-ons such as an intake, LTs, and a good exhaust? Don’t those mods require further tuning to get the best out of them?

Probably, that's why they have 3 levels. Beyond that gets the snowball rolling...
