So, What He said...OH5GT 2 S550 Anything new on when you're getting your car?
6 speed or AT? :ford:So, even though my heart told me that I've had enough of car dealerships' antics with bs markups and whatnot, and I was heavily leaning towards a c7 z51, I said "bleh, fuck it, I'll try one last time" and I found a dealer in PA that has the same exact car that I had ordered before.
Bearing any unforeseen circumstances, I should be the proud owner of a Kona Blue.... It has the BEST possible serial number (for those that understand it) 1337/1964!!!!
I believe he left and went with a C7.6 speed or AT? :ford:

Agree 1000000000000000%:cheers:Yeah, I've been doubting this whole story anyway. From the reason he lost his original to this story, just seems fishy to me. I could be wrong, hope I am, but I've seen this type stuff before...:gossip:
About....it wouldn't let me open that link!He posted once on the stingrayforums: http://www.stingrayforums.com/forum...g/8474-questions-about-courtesy-delivery.html
Weird. On December 19th he was asking if a dealer that has a car ordered but not built could setup courtesy delivery still.About....it wouldn't let me open that link!

Courtesy Delivery is something GM dealers can do so you can buy your car from any dealer but have it shipped from the factory to your local dealer. All you usually have to do is pay an additional $250-400 for the PDI and paperwork the delivering dealer has to do before they release it to you. Basically, you get to use the "free" shipping that is factored into every car. That way if your local dealers won't negotiate on price you still can get a car locally.... if the local dealer will do the service, it is at their discretion.
I hear you and don't disagree. I think I had some comments I aired in his old thread about it too. :cheers:Even if he isn't BS'ing, it's guys like him that give good paying customers a bad name. You know, dealers have a bad rap over a few that have bad practices. But it's guys like this that give dealers a bad taste about those of us who go in with good intentions. I thought his whole story about the original LE was BS. Dealers just don't take away your car because you ask too many questions!
