There may be some damage to the car, but I assume it's repairable. Isn't there a law that says you can have $X amount of damage repaired prior to the original purchase and not have to tell the end buyer? I know when I worked at a dealership a lot of years ago, they had a mustang come in that spent the transport ride unchained to the truck and the roof of the Mustang bounced against the upper level of the transport truck the entire ride.... I don't think they told the guy who had special ordered it.

I'm unaware of one and it would probably be state to state under local state consumer fraud protection statutes.

It would be rare...but then again finding a dealer willing to follow the law would be equally rare......
