I would be astonished if they would let you x plan it. Msrp seems to be rare price. Adm is pretty standard. Only one below msrp that I know of.

When dealership called and offered me the LE, his statement was "I won't x plan it like we usually do for you, but won't ask more than sticker" (we didn't know sticker at the time).

Ford doesn't state that. It's strictly up to the individual dealers. Never hurts to ask.
