@Allentown yes exactly that. Once you have a ton of power, and only street tyres then yes they can be easily overwhelmed by heavy right foot, but as you say stock suspension cannot cope with it at all due to deflection, wheel hop etc. What improved suspension gives you is CONSISTENT feel and an improved "contact patch ability" so you know just how much "go pedal" you can deploy (and that means more of it too). Even if you deploy drag radials, if the suspension is bouncing the tyre all over the place, it still won't be able to grip....

In terms of your question I would highly recommend the Chassis bracing (i.e our IRS rear brace and front K Brace / Strut Tower brace) combined with ther rest of the IRS Stop the Hop pack (Vertical Links, Toe Links and IRS alignment bushes and Subframe Support Bushes) which will together radically improve handling and wheel hop and with zero NVH impact. The Diff mods tend to be the ones that can introduce more NVH, but some of our mods are easily "bolt on-take off" if you want to hit the strip for the weekend and then take off again for daily use (eg our hardcore diff mount). EDIT: Also our rear shock mounts are a nice mod for all users.....

In terms of shocks/springs /roll bars etc, I would say that's all dependant on the user and his or her needs and focus, but I think the above would help anyone with a daily used car which can then be used "in anger" at the track./strip as well....

That has been my research as well. Then just select your spring rates and dampener levels based on if you want it softer for streets, squarely tight for road course or with a rear bias for drag racing, or some where in between all of these. I think for street use the stock PP is probably just fine to keep your softer ride. (just my opinion so far).
