HPT Ngauge problem

Bought it used off of a friend and recently bought a tune from Rob Shoemaker at palm beach dynos. Every time i try to load the tune to the car it aborts. Anyone have this issue before?

Rob tuned my car and had no problems loading tunes with the Ngauge (HP Tuners type). Hopefully Rob will know what’s going on with yours.

Seems to work fine. That was my first question and rob said it was tuned to my VIN. I did just get a firmware update from Rob but now I get “Reflash aborted, calibration changed!”

Same thing just happened to me. I loaded my stock file to take my car in and went to reflash it and I cant
