Hi all. I’m 6’2 / 250 and want to know how well these leather seats hold up to daily usage.

It should hold up GREAT based on my observations...!
But mine is not a daily driver.
Oh, and I'm not exactly 6'-2"............ I'm a half a foot shorter.
Oh yeah, and another thing ........ I'm also 100 lbs. lighter.
Wait, wait... something else... I also don't have leather seats.

Hope this helped?

I have 20k on mine and post #33 matches how mine look at this moment. I have tint and put up a Covercraft screen in the front windshield during the day while at work.

I'm a big boy also (250) and have the leather ceramic seats. Absolutely no problems with keeping them clean, or with wearing in places. I also have no wrinkles in the butt portion but I do carry my wallet in my front pocket. Car is 2017, about 30,000 miles.

'15 here, 64k miles, mine are holding up good as I condition them a couple of times a year. The heater and a/c still works good, also. But my car is not a daily driver.

Just sold our 18 vert and the seats still looked brand new after 18k miles and I’m definitely in the big boy category at 6’2 and 280. Our S197 had 32k on it and the seats still looked new. If you take care of them and use a quality leather conditioner, they’ll last a long time. I used Griots Garage. By the way, my 06 F250 had 151k on it when I traded it for the 19 and there were zero wrinkles, just some cracking on the drivers seat.

Aside from the size of a S550 owner, the Ceramic leather in my 2018 still looks brand new. That’s with wearing jeans or casual clothing and the car now has over 38k on it too.

I always condition the seats using proper products; my preference is Griots 3-in-1 leather cleaner/conditioner.

I don’t drive with anything in my back pockets at all. My phone, wallet, etc is placed in the cup holder, tray in front of center stack or center console.
