How to wire power for LED steering wheel?

Unlike the other led steering wheel installation instructions I'm seeing mine just has a positive and a negative in the steering wheel and the OBD2 connector is bluetooth with no power wire.

From what I've read the red wire needs to be connected to some part of the steering wheel harness, and the black one just goes to bare metal to ground it. Anyone know which pin to use on the steering wheel plug? Keep in mind I have 0 wiring knowledge lol

Any update? I’ve seen a bunch of posts and videos saying that you have to tap into the pin next to the black wire on the clock spring but that doesn’t work for me. Same thing one red wire and one black wire with a Bluetooth obd connector. I have tested the wheel with direct 12v and it functions fine.
