HOW TO: Swap PP gauges into standard model

I have the same thoughts as you about swapping in the gauges like in this thread as well. I just hate to cobble up the dash and possibly make a mistake that then means the whole dash would need removed to fix the mistake. I also like the 3 vents.

I like the look of the pod on top of the dash as well.

You really can't go wrong with the PP dash. The cutting in the front is minimal, the center duct actually takes air from both left and right and blocking it increases the air flow on the sides. IMO the pop-up in the center to me is unnatural. To me the OEM gauges are good enough, bearing in mind one can easily order and swap different gauges. Older generation dash has completely different vibe and they look good e.g. on the S197.

This will solve the oil warning light and make the oil sensor work without re-wiring or changing the sensor on 2016 mustang gt non-pp.

I've just done this mod to my UK car (involved reverse engineering the dash as they never made it in RHD) so the next job is the oil pressure sensor. I'm assuming I need the sensor and the wiring but I'm struggling to find a part number for both. Does anyone have this info?

Also, does anyone with PCMTech know what needs to be set in that to enable the sensor once fitted? All the guides are for HPTuners which I don't have.
