How to install this?

I've been looking for different visual upgrades to find and I found one that looks extremely neat, but I cannot find instructions anywhere for it. So I was holding off on buying it until I knew if I'd be able to do it or not

I thought I'd come here to see if you guys know anything about it! Basically it replaces the stock side mirror turn signals to LED and sequential.
