Full dash explanation:

Base V6 gets plain black plastic
Base GT and Ecoboost get diamond mesh plastic
Premium GT and Ecoboost get brushed aluminum
50th Anniversary Appearance Package gets axle spun aluminum
Performance Package gets engine turned aluminum with extra gauges
Limited Edition gets axle spun aluminum with extra gauges

Base GT gets aluminum. Its in all the guides. Not plastic. Its a bright aluminum if I recall correctly.
