How much damaged?

I don’t know if they will but I’m pretty upset that people can ride with these kind of policies. Not fair to everyone else or even to someone that decides to not carry uninsured motorist. If I didn’t have it I will be SOL

my gf does part time baby sitting, (weird but it actually pays darn good) the woman (mom) reversed and smacked right into her car. she confessed to it, she drove off and went to work etc... long story short, this chic has hit like 3 other people.

Immediately I told gf to make them pull insurance out so we could fix her car, "she doesn't have insurance" she offered my gf like 300 bucks, I said ef no. I said they are paying for entire thing right now. got a quote of 1000 bucks or so from my body shop.

they said thats too much, the cheap shop said it shouldn't cost more than 200-300. anyway, I went to file small claims court, the chics dad paid for the damage out of pocket. because if it would of been brought up her driving without insurance, Ohio fines etc. will make up her loss anyway.

in florida (Miami) I got hit by illegal alien, cop showed up and let them go. told me to use my own insurance, thats what its for. DIDNT EVEN give a damn about the dude and let him go free, he spoke no English, no id, nothing.

but cop didn't even care.

yeah shit like that happens alot down here. It’s infuriating when people can’t be held accountable for their actions. About 5 years I was rear ended but very minimal damage was done to the car. The cop didn’t even get the other driver a ticket. The report was missing the tag number and driver’s information, if it wasn’t for me taking a picture of the license plate I would have had to fine uninsured motorists claim.

I am seriously a spiteful person when it comes to this stuff, I believe everyone who does something bad, should be held 10000x a firm punishment. like serious. if they don't have the coverages, ruin their life over it, and bankrupt them. thats why we carry insurance.

don't let them go with a slap on wrist, or no slap at all. it just encourages more of this, no one has fear of consequences. I guarantee you like 1/4 people in my area doesn't have insurance, hell they don't even have license plates honestly. its just missing.
