How many keys did you get?

I just want to confirm that it came with 2 key fobs (with keys inside) and what looks like a valet key? Usually the manual indicates what keys come standard but not this one.

Thanks, I was wondering what that was, but hadn't gotten that far into looking at everything. OMG, she drives soooo nicely, we put almost 100 miles on her this evening, lol. LOVE MY CAR!!!! :clap2:

Hmm I don't recall a glove box key..just the two fobs. Did they hand you it or was it in the glove box ? Will have to check next chance I get..

I got one.... don't know how they misplaced the second one, I thought they were cabled together. I didn't know there was a valet key. What does it look like? Maybe I will get the second key for Xmas

Get the second FOB and use that for Valet, you can just set the my key settings to keep them from getting crazy. The key inside the FOB is incase your FOB battery dies. There is a small slot under the door handle to unlock the door, than you put the FOB in a cradle under the cup holder to activate it and start the car.

just to be more specific. they keys arent prepped. my dealer actually had to place the keys inside the 2 fobs. well, i did, actually, because he was struggling to close it back up and I didn't want him to break it.

Ahh maybe it's inside the fobs then. Now if I could only get it to open up...

no the glove box key is an actual key, not one of the partial keys you can stick into the fob.

Perhaps the Ford rep. can chime in here. Are we supposed to get 2 FOB's and a glove box key? My dealer owes me a FOB but I would like something official to tell them because I didn't get the front plate bracket either.
