I think it's GREAT. Old guys with GT's... I LUV IT. Several times I've been asked if it was my car or my sons!!!! On 2 occasions I've had 20 something
females asking me if they could look inside. The next time a young female asks to look inside....I'll summon up my courage and ask if she would like a ride!! And YES....I'm a dirty old man!

That does not happen around here.. So many muscle cars it aint funny. Compliments of the large military presence, active and retired.

Well, that's a shame. Actually, I live in Merry-land just north of DC. We have Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Curtis Bay Coast Guard, F-16's @ Andrews AFB, A-10's at the Md.Air Guard Base at Warfield Air National Guard Base, Ft. Meade, CIA Hqtrs, Naval Academy @ Annapolis and the Pentagon.

Out of the few S550's that I see, 90% are 4-bangers, 90% of the 5th gens are 4-bangers. I don't want to ignite a firestorm on my feelings regarding 4 vs 8 'Stangs so I'll leave it at that. At my age, discretion is the better part of valor

Very, Very, nice, I don't understand your screen name?? (joking). I spent 22 years in the USAF ( retired Msgt. /E-7 ) mostly with A-10's the last 5 years of my enlistment. Actually, my unit in 1950 actually flew Mustangs. I was 5 years old at the time,

Thanks ezracer. I searched the whole state of CA for the option package/color I wanted. Couldn't find one. I special ordered it in May/2018 and it arrived in Sept 2018 (its a 2019). I was really put thru the wringer at a few dealerships that I simply walked out of because I was tired of being spoken to like I was some hillbilly who knew nothing about cars. Through it all it was worth the wait. Now I have this strange feeling of having the exact car we would dream about as a teenager. I don't drive it in rush hour or in the rain (I have a H3Hummer for that lol)

Thanks for your service and keep flying that Mustang. BTW, FORD made a special edition "Old Crow" Mustang to commemorate Bud Anderson, the WWII ACE Mustang pilot credited with 18 kills.


Now, if only I could mount a couple of .50 calibers behind the grille!!!
