How Do I unsubscribe from Mach-E forum emails?

I'd like to stop getting emails from the Mach-E Forum. However, I was banned from the for saying it wasn't a Mustang so I can't sign in to update my preferences. Will one of the mods please update my info so I have no contact what-so-ever from the Mach-E forum. Thank you.

Perhaps adding them to your junk email/spam filter is best...then you never see them in your inbox.
