How’s This Winter Combo?

I think I’m going to jump on a winter tire deal soon, but wanted some opinions on it first (outside of TireRack, who wants to sell me tires). The car is a 2018 Mustang GT performance package. Maybe my main question is this: are these tires really discounted at this price, or will they cost about the same in July-August?
