Hover menus not working?

Is this a new change? I used to hover over all the top menus (forums, PMs, notifications) instead of having to click them.

Just wondering if it's intentional or side effect of something else.

They are working as normal. Please restart your browser/computer and the hover over should work again.

I went through a couple restart cycles for both and then it randomly picked up working again!
