Houston Mod friendly dealership?

Anyone have experiences with houston dealership service departments and their mod friendliness? Did a search in this forum but no results. I know they have to prove the mod caused the failure but that doesnt stop them from trying to be a pita if you flash the ECU.

yeah i got mine at mac haik. Only thing i know of when it comes to being "mod" friendly is they told me a cat back will not void your warranty unless you get all extreme with it and run with no cats.

Ryan Ford is mod friendly and will do your mods too. The sevice manager (Brad) has a mustang GT with headers, air, and a tune. The owner and GM both drive Boss 302's. I have 2 mustangs with lots of mods and never had a problem.
They are located on I 10 west of Katy.

main thing is im concerned with a tune since the ECU logs how many times its been flashed. You can get headers with cats but you still need a tune for it to work. Dealer may see this and freak out. Good to hear that about Ryan Ford but sealy maybe a bit too far for warranty work

Ryan Ford does seem like car enthusiasts, everyone I have talked to has a modified car they drive.
