Tried the heat gun thing in my 7 year old pick up and then moved to the new baby.

Butt ugly labels are all gone!! As a bonus I managed to remember not to point the heat gun at anything delicate while I was admiring my work.

Phase 2 will be to go at it with the goo gone stuff but that can wait for a warmer day.
