Has any one else experienced a feeling of grinding gears through the clutch pedal over 5000 revs even though you know you have fully engaged clutch on the MY 18.It feels like a spring twanging and you can hear it also.

If you put your foot under the clutch and use your toes to push it towards you, is there any travel (whilst the grinding is occuring)? Might be a jammy clutch pedal?

I haven’t taken the revs up there since and it seems ok. It was like grinding the gears

Ive had this from the beginning and to be fair i haven't driven it past 5000 revs that often.Gear changing is fine,i dont power shift as the shift forks are made of mazipan.I think on another post it was something to do with small springs and the plate sticking but not sure.It doesnt do it all the time though.
