Hidden hole behind the door

Has anyone else noticed this hole hidden behind the drivers door, which is covered up with sprayed tape ?

That's your B-D829 port, whatever you do...don't remove the adhesive covering.

I think you'll find that gives access to the torque induction torsel spring.. which is only to be adjusted by trained techs from Ford.
